The most thorough way to restore a Mustang
A frame-off restoration is the complete rebuild: the body comes off the chassis, the shell goes on a rotisserie, and every part of the car gets restored on its own bench before it all goes back together. It is how you get a Mustang that is straighter, tighter, and more correct than the day it left Dearborn.
This is the build for show cars, numbers-matching investments, and the car you plan to keep for the rest of your life.
What a frame-off build includes
We strip the shell to bare metal so there are no surprises hiding under old paint or filler. Rusted floors, torque boxes, and frame rails are cut out and replaced with correct steel, not patched. Then every system gets its turn: engine and transmission rebuilt to spec, brakes and suspension renewed, wiring replaced, interior redone, and paint laid down in a controlled booth over a properly prepped body.
Concours-correct is an option, not a default. If you want a numbers-matching, date-coded, judge-ready car, we source correct parts and document the details that show judges look for. If you would rather have subtle upgrades that keep the stock look, we build it that way instead.
You see everything
Every frame-off build is photographed at each stage, from bare metal through final assembly. You get a running record of exactly what was repaired, what was replaced, and why. When the car is done, that documentation is part of what makes it worth more.
